The Approach
Most healing stays in the mind. and most spiritual paths lose touch with the ground. This work holds both and it asks more of you than either alone.
It draws from modern psychology , the architecture of your patterns, your nervous system, your attachment wounds.
The science of why you do what you do, and what it actually takes to change.
From somatic practice the patterns that shape how you think, relate, and respond.
The underlying logic of your behavior, and what it actually takes for change to occur
From somatic work
the intelligence held in the body, beneath explanation.
Because what cannot be processed mentally is often carried physically.
From tantric understanding not as it is commonly presented, but as a path of wholeness.
These are not combined arbitrarily. each addresses a different layer:
The mind that understands, but cannot feel.
The body that feels, but cannot make sense of it.
The part of you that seeks something deeper, but remains ungrounded.
This work moves between precision and openness, direct where it needs to be and spacious where that matters.
It meets you where you are and stays with you as something real begins to shift.
Ways to Work Together

Conscious Intimacy
Intimate relationships are our most powerful mirrors. The connection we long for, the patterns that repeat, the moments we withdraw or cling, these are the deepest parts of us, showing up to be seen. Without awareness, they simply keep repeating.
This work transforms not just how you relate to others but what is happening within you when you do.
Workshops & Retreats
Beyond individual sessions I offer live workshops and retreats designed as immersive spaces for deeper transformation.
Bringing together ancient tantric wisdom and modern psychology, these in-person experiences invite you to step out of daily patterns, reconnect with yourself, and allow meaningful, lasting change to unfold.

Guiding your journey

I’m Cosmin, a psychologist, tantric teacher, and guide for those seeking more than surface-level change.
I know what it means to live at a distance from yourself, to function well on the outside while something essential feels missing within. That gap between who we perform and who we actually are is what brought me to this work.
My path has taken me through academic psychology, through the depths of tantric tradition, and through the lived experience of my own healing. What I offer at Kosmananda is the integration of all three, not theory alone, but a map I have walked myself.
I work with people who are ready for something real. Not just insight but actual, embodied change that shows up in how you breathe, how you love, how you lead, and how you live.
